Each of the KTH schools is responsible for presenting the school's report to the whole school. Coordinator for this is each school's key human resource managers.

The survey firm PRISMA-HR has been responsible for the work of collating and presenting the data. All responses are treated confidentially, and only statisticians working at the PRISMA-group has access to the questionnaire responses. This approach means that nobody at KTH has access to data relating to individuals. When the data are reported, they are presented on the basis of groups of no fewer than ten individuals. This is to ensure that no individuals are singled out.Your responses are protected by the Secrecy Act (Sekretesslagen, SFS 2009:400) and the Data Protection Act (Personuppgiftslagen, PUL).

More detailed information about the survey was sent by e-mail to KTH:s employees September 12th 2011. The following link will show the pdf-version of this information: Information sent by e-mail 2011-09-12 (pdf 91 kB)
