Making appointments by web mail
About how to use web mail to make an appointment
Log on with your kth account at
Click on the calendaricon to the left at the bottom of the page.
Click in the calendar where you want to have your appointment.
Fill in the subject.
Click on the "Invite..." icon
Click on "To"
Type the name in the searc field and click on the search button.
Doubleclick on the participant and the name will appear in the "To field"
If you also want to add a room click ”All Rooms”. Find the room in the list and doubleclick at the room. Then the room will also appear in the ”To-field”. Click on ”OK”.
Open the "Scheduling Assistant" to see if the room or the participants are available.
A colored field will show when the participant or the room is occupied with other appointments (until 12:00 in this example).
Check that your invitation looks as you want it and then click on "Send".
