Here you will find information regarding the poster session.
Poster session information
This year we will not have any formal requirements for how the posters should be designed and what they should be about. You can use your posters presented during recent conferences or events. The posters can be about recent discoveries or an introduction to your research project.
People presenting posters are welcome to Norra Latin from 07.50 November 30.
When you come to Norra Latin in the morning you will get information at the registration desk where you should place your poster.
Try to have someone present at your posters during these time slots:
12.30 – 13.30
From 17.50 you can start to dismount your posters.
Please keep the width of the poster no wider than 900mm, meaning a standing A0 sheet will have room. If you have a wider poster please send an e-mail to transportplatform@kth.se. Also keep in mind that the posters should preferably be in English so that as many as possible can read them.
We will provide you with different fasteners for your posters so you do not have to bring anything else than your posters.
There will be walls on which you can attach your posters, tape and other fasteners will be provided.
