Instituto Superior Técnico (University of Lisbon) is pleased to welcome you to participate.
The International Staff Week is a collaborative and inclusive initiative that brings together higher education professionals from a wide range of institutions and countries. It aims to promote mutual learning and professional development, offering participants the opportunity to take part in practical workshops led by our most dedicated staff, to exchange experiences and best practices, and to build meaningful international connections in an open and welcoming environment.

In addition to its professional dimension, ISW 2026 also provides participants with the chance to experience Portuguese culture, through a set of social and cultural activities designed to complement the academic programme and encourage informal networking. This is a unique opportunity to visit Lisbon, one of Europe’s most iconic and vibrant cities, while enjoying a programme that successfully combines learning, cultural discovery and enjoyment.
This invitation reflects our genuine interest in strengthening institutional cooperation while keeping participation accessible and flexible. As presented on our official website, partner institutions benefit from a reduced participation fee of €250. Places are still available, and the application deadline is 24 April 2026. Interested participants are invited to submit their application via the online form, after which our team will provide full support throughout the process. Participation is confirmed upon completion of the registration procedure and payment of the fee.
