Process for changing subject Planning and Decision Analysis

Since 2017-05-10 there is a new study plan for the subject area Planning and Decision Analysis which applies to all new PhD students admitted after that date. The process for those PhD students who wish to change the subject area and consequently the study plan for the subject is described below.

The new code for the subject area Planning and Decision Analysis is now in Ladok, it is PLANBESA. The old code PLANBEAN is closed for new admissions.

A change made between the study plans is that the name of the previous specialisation Environmental Strategic Analysis has changed to Strategic Sustainability Studies. If, as a PhD student, you are admitted to the Environmental Strategic Analysis, you want to switch to Strategies for sustainable development, you must submit an application through the form FO_BANT which is found in the form archive . In the application the new code for the subject must be included (PLANBESA) in order for the change to be made. The application form should be handed in to the administrator at the department who in turn passes it onwards to the doctoral studies officer at the School's office.

The decision on admission to the new subject is made by the Head of school. The decision is sent to Ladok in order for the change to be made in the system, a notification will also be sent to the e-isp support.
