KTH’s representative to Swedish Universities of the Built Environment (SBU)

Head of the School has decided to appoint Professor Anna Kadefors as KTH’s representative for the the network organisation Swedish Universities of the Built Environment (SBU) for the period 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2028.

Anna Kadefors has previously served as KTH’s representative for the Swedish Universities of the Built Environment (SBU). Her term of office expired on 31 August 2026 and, following consultation, it is proposed that it be extended.

Swedish Universities of the Built Environment (SBU)

Swedish Universities of the Built Environment (SBU, established in 2011) is a network comprising the research and education institutions in the field of the built environment at Chalmers University of Technology, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Lund University of Technology (LTH) and Luleå University of Technology (LTU).

The organisation’s aim is to ensure that construction-related research and education are better equipped to meet the need for new and interdisciplinary knowledge and skills arising from the shift towards a more sustainable, digitalised and urbanised society.
