Covid-19 employee survey - Keep an eye on your mailbox this Friday 26 February!
This Friday, February 26, 2021, the ABE school will begin a pulse survey / employee survey in collaboration with Avonova. The purpose of the survey is to follow up on how working from home long-term affects us and our work environment. The Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering has already conducted the survey and now it's time for all remaining employees at the school.
Deputy head of school Mats Wilhelmsson hopes that as many employees as possible take the chance to answer the survey: "It is a short pulse surevey that takes about 5 minutes to answer. The idea is to get a current picture of what the work situation looks like for everyone at the school and identify areas that need improvement. Everyone's participation is important - that you provide your views helps to create as comprehensive a picture as possible."
HR manager Catherine Pimenta agrees: "The work environment can look different for different employees and it is therefore extremely valuable that as many people as possible participate in the survey. We want to identify our strengths but also find out which areas we need to develop. It is important that the school's employees feel well and have a healthy, functioning work environment ".
