As a manager, you play a key role in noticing when an employee needs support. HR is available for guidance, and the occupational health service, Avonova, offers both preventive measures and support in challenging situations.
You can engage the occupational health service Avonova for preventive actions such as ergonomic assessments. It is also possible to engage the occupational health care when issues arise, such as conflicts or rehabilitation.
Employees who experience work-related health issues can visit Avonova anonymously, without the involvement of the employer. Each employee can make up to three visits per year for each service category within the occupational health care. If the employee requires further visits, they need to speak with you as their manager or with HR first.
