E-signatures at KTH
We can manage e-signatures for internal KTH decisions as well as employment contracts and employment confirmations with the software service Adobe Sign. It is important to use the correct Word templates for the signatures to work in the system. These pages contain information about how it works and how you can get started
If you/your department is not using KTH e-signatures, you can order it here: Request access to e-signature .
In the menu to the left you will find more detailed instructions regarding the templates and Adobe Sign.
If you do not recognize the user interface you might need to switch to the new user interface. Click the link to the top right in Adobe Sign labeled "Switch to New experience".
