Content Production
This page describes the services offered by Blomquist, the agency contracted to provide operational communications services. It also explains the ordering process and the support KTH offers with regard to orders.
Description of Blomquist
Blomquist produces content for KTH’s various channels and is responsible for day-to-day production support. The work encompasses both smaller-scale productions and larger digital campaigns, as well as printed materials.
If there is an overarching strategy or communication concept in place, Blomquist can take over at the next stage and be responsible for operational production. By being involved early in the process, they can contribute a production perspective on aspects such as format, channel selection and feasibility, to ensure that the material is adapted for different media and can be produced in a resource-efficient manner.
For example:
- Creating content for various channels (editorial, social media, web)
- Templated digital and print productions
- Design
- Illustrations and infographics
- Photography and film production (from concept and editing to publication)
- Media buying and media planning
How to order services from Blomquist
1. Brief
The brief (found below) serves as a project brief and forms the basis for ensuring that the cost estimate is as accurate as possible. Describe your requirements in detail. If you have a deadline, please state it so that they can plan accordingly to ensure on-time delivery. Send the brief to kth@blomquist.se and CC produktion@kth.se .
2. De-brief
Blomquist will provide feedback in the form of a written debrief – setting out their interpretation of the assignment and any supplementary questions. If the assignment is very extensive, they will provide an estimate of the time required simply to define the scope of the assignment. This time/cost estimate must be approved by you before work proceeds.
3. Quotation
Blomquist will provide a clear cost estimate. This sets out what is to be delivered, the cost, the skills required, the number of hours, the individual stages and the timetable. You accept the quotation by placing an order via KTH’s e-commerce system, WISUM.

4. Work in progress
The assignment will commence and proceed according to schedule. Throughout the project, Blomquist will send you regular written progress reports detailing the agreements they reach, so that you always have full insight into and control over the process. Please do let them know proactively if there are any changes to your circumstances!
