Conferences at KTH

Do you need help with arranging a conference or congress? On these pages you will find information about premises, logistics and contracted suppliers. In-depth guidance can be found in the KTH meeting process, a planning and evaluation tool. You can also get personalised help via KTH's Internal Event Support team and the KTH schools' service centres.

KTH's Internal Event Support

The Internal Event Support team consists of three people from the Communications Department. They facilitate the organisation of conferences and congresses at KTH by offering consultative support in the form of knowledge and solutions. They contribute advice and tips that make it easier for the organiser to plan and conduct successful conferences and congresses that yield positive results. As an organiser, you can get help at the beginning of the planning process – for example with goal-setting, evaluation, meeting design, format, budget and support relating to suborder routines. As planning progresses, the team offers support and consultation services regarding practical solutions and logistics issues.

You can find information on how to proceed in the work of organising a conference or congress and get guidance through various sections under Organising a conference or congress .
