Procedures for contracted services

As a government agency, KTH is subject to the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU). Public procurement is a term referring to the purchase of goods and services made by the public sector. The KTH intranet contains more detailed information about procurement .

For some goods and services, KTH has signed its own framework agreements that regulate quality and prices for all individual purchases made in a particular contract period. There are also framework agreements for the needs of the entire central government sector signed by the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency or other agencies from which KTH can call off.
