New interface for employees

This page is continuously updated with information related to the new interface.

A new interface will be launched in Self‑reporting in KTH‑HR for all employees. This is a new, modern interface for the same system that is currently in use. The new interface is easier to navigate, meets accessibility requirements, and includes a mobile‑friendly version, making it easy to access via mobile phone or tablet.To access and log in via mobile phone or tablet, please use the following link:

On May 25th, all employees at KTH will transition to the new interface. It will be available for testing from 20 May; to access it, select “New Medvind” under the Self‑reporting tab.

For a period of time, it will be possible to switch between the old and new interfaces until all functionality is fully developed. If you have a role in the system other than employee, for example manager, you will need to work in both interfaces.

User manuals and an FAQ will be available at launch and will be provided in both Swedish and English. We will also hold information and Q&A sessions via Zoom, where you can ask questions and receive support. These sessions will be available in both Swedish and English.
