May I change the sentence “Great emphasis will be placed on personal competency”?
This sentence may not be reformulated and must always be included at the end of the paragraph under the heading “Qualifications”. This text is included in the announcement so that we can justify our choice of final candidate in the event that an appeal is lodged. While candidates must always be evaluated according to the requirements and qualifications stated in the announcement, such as education, years of experience, knowledge, etc., they should also be assessed in terms of the personal attributes presented in the announcement that are important for the appointment in question, such as collaborative ability.
