May I make changes to qualifications in the announcement templates for postdocs, researchers and research engineers?  

You are not permitted to change the qualifications in announcement templates for postdocs, researchers and research engineers, as these are taken from KTH’s Appointments Procedure  (pages 23–27). These three categories were added to the Appointments Procedure in order to improve the quality of recruitment processes. A further basis for staff planning for postdocs, researchers and research engineers is available in the Guidelines to the Appointments Procedure . The guidelines are a supplement to the Appointments Procedure, so please consult the governance document as well.

The current wording of the Appointments Procedure describing qualifications for postdocs, researchers and research engineers will be reviewed during the forthcoming revision of governance documents. This is so that it will be easier to adapt the wording to our announcements and for recipients to understand the requirements.
