May I employ several applicants, even if only one vacancy was announced?

Yes, you may increase the number of vacancies as long as the conditions and qualifications correspond to the original information provided pursuant to Section 6 of the Swedish Employment Ordinance (SFS 1994:373). In the event of such an increase, a new recruitment permit/decision must be obtained in accordance with the applicable procedure for the type of appointment in question.
