Why do recruitment permits need to be authorised?

Before a recruitment is authorised in Varbi, HR specialists at University Administration will check the vacancy against any ongoing cases in which there is a requirement to redeploy an employee pursuant to Section 7 of the Swedish Employment Protection Act (SFS 1982:80). You can learn more about rights of priority for re-employment  on the intranet.
