Who should I turn to if a candidate is experiencing problems with submitting their application or is unable to log in to our recruitment system?

All candidates applying for jobs via our recruitment system are able to request technical support from our supplier, Varbi. If you have a candidate who has questions or is experiencing problems with their application, please refer them to Varbi’s support function. Contact Varbi support using the form in the recruitment system, or call +46 520 580 050 between 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-16:30, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
