Co-creating Gender Equality from Classroom to Organization: Innovations in Nordic Welfare Societies

KTH, Hanken School of Economics and Copenhagen Business School invites you to a workshop on "Co-creating Gender Equality from Classroom to Organization: Innovations in Nordic Welfare Societies"

Time: Fri 2019-04-05 09.30 - 15.00

Location: Open Lab, Valhallavägen 79

Unequal gender relations and gender stereotypes still constitute a significant barrier for people’s careers and family life. Hanken, KTH and CBS therefore want to create a series of workshops providing a creative shared platform to jointly develop new knowledge, practices, tools, and ideas for gender equality work.
The workshop on April 5th, will include exploratory co-creative sessions combining three interrelated topics:

Gender-influenced educational choices by young people (T1)
Problems due to norms of masculinity in leadership (T2)
Gendered organizational norms (T3)
The workshop will be action-oriented and co-creative which makes it possible to share effective practices as well as develop and disseminate shared solutions, contributing to Nordic competence and competitiveness in providing norm-critical and inclusive study and work environments.
