The Nordic Five Tech (N5T) Alliance is a strategic partnership between the five leading technical universities in the Nordic region: Aalto, Chalmers, DTU, NTNU and KTH. N5T is collaborating in engineering education, research, and innovation. The N5T Doctoral School in Battery Technology is an example of research collaboration in which ten PhD students are shared between the universities. The focus areas include recycling, materials, modelling, electrochemistry and battery production.
