How this affects you: Until the closure of Kopps, the edu.courses/edu.school tree in UG was used to manage roles such as course manager, teacher, examiner and teaching assistant on courses and course instance. The trees in UG were created via logic in Kopps and the roles were administered via the UG Group Editor. From 1 June 2025, Kopps was replaced by functionality in Ladok for educational planning and there was thus also a new way to manage role assignment on courses and course instance, Kopps – KTH's previous system support for planning courses and programmes . As part of the closure of Kopps, the data previously managed in the edu.courses/edu.school tree in UG will be purged. The purge will be done continuously over a few weeks in May and June.
