Historically researchers at KTH are very successful in the call within the natural and engineering sciences at the Swedish Research Council (VR) "Miljoner från VR till KTH:s forskare - hela listan" . However, we can do better. Do not miss this opportunity to get direct access to a senior research officer from VR.

10:00 - 10:10 Viktoria Halltell (Research Support Office) explains what KTH can do for you in terms of support for research funding.

10:10 - 10:40 Sverker Lundin tells us about their coming calls in 2019. A novelty - As from spring 2019, if you are awarded a grant from the Swedish Research Council you must have a plan for how the research data generated within your project shall be managed.

10:40 - 11:00 Elias Jarlebring, Associate Professor, Department of mathematics (Numerical Analysis). How to write a successful application - To present the research idea in a good way.

11:00 - 11:30 Hedvig Kjellström, Professor in the Division of Robotics, Perception, and Learning (RPL). Presentation of the work in the review panels. What do we look for? How to find the best applications.

11:30 - 12:00 Time for questions and answers.
