Seminar on Formas Open Call 2020

The open call by Formas 2020 offers two types of grants to apply for: Research projects and Research projects for early-career researchers. The purpose of the annual open call is to enable researchers to formulate their own research questions based on societal challenges within Formas’ areas of responsibility.

Formas' annual open call opens 27 February and closes 2 April 2020. Take the opportunity to meet Formas Coordinator for Research Funding, Linda Bergqvist Ampel, who will tell us all about the open call and its opportunities.

Lauren McKee, Department of Chemistry, will share how she finally got funded from Formas and give her best advices for the application procedure.

Karin Bradley, Department of Urban Planning and Environment, describes how to write successful applications in the field of planning for sustainable development.

Anders Wörman, Department of Sustainable Development, Environmental Science and Engineering (SEED), is an experienced reviewer from various expert panels, including Formas. He knows what to look for when it comes to choosing the best applications.

Viktoria Halltell, Research Support Office, and Karin Larsdotter, Sustainability Office, will inform about the application support provided by KTH University Administration.
