The Eurocard FUP card will be discontinued on February 28, 2026
As previously announced, the Eurocard FUP card (company credit card with personal liability) will be discontinued on February 28, 2026 due to SEB deciding to no longer provide this service. This type of payment card is no longer available under the government framework agreements.
Unfortunately, the alternative being offered does not meet the requirements that KTH has for the cards to fully replace the functionality previously provided by the FUP cards. The HR Department and the Finance Department have therefore investigated different options and decided how to manage this change.
We fully understand that the new solution described below does not entirely meet your expectations, and we will continue to monitor market developments in the hope that an even better alternative can be offered.
The investigation has shown that even though the FUP card option has existed, many employees have used their personal card to make and later expense purchases, which is still an option going forward.
