The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) would like KTH’s international staff to pay attention to the survey described below. Login information has been sent home by post from UKÄ to the persons concerned.
Recently, an invitation to take part in a survey was sent out by post to around 3 000 people who, in October 2019, were teaching or researching at institutes of higher education in Sweden, and who did not have a third-cycle qualification entered as their highest level of education in Statistics Sweden’s Register of Education. The purpose is to improve Sweden’s education statistic. There is currently an absence of data on third-cycle qualifications obtained in a country other than Sweden among people who teach or are researchers at Swedish universities and institutes of higher education.
Statistics Sweden (SCB) is conducting the survey in cooperation with the Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ), which is responsible for the official statistics on higher education.
KTH wishes to express its support for this data collection and encourage you as an employee to complete the survey if you have received the invitation letter.
