Head of School can become new President in Skövde
Muriel Beser Hugosson, Head of the School of Architecture and the Built Environment. You have been called to a hearing for the role as President of the University of Skövde. What does that mean?
“This means that the recruitment committee for the appointment of a new President of the University of Skövde has nominated me as a candidate for the position as President and in the continued process, the board may propose me to the government.”

“ It feels fun, honoring and very exciting.
If you go further in the process, you may start as President at the University of Skövde on 1 January next year. Do you have any thoughts on the role as President already?
“Right now I am the Head the School of Architecture and the Built Environment, and that is the assignment I focus on. Should I be appointed as President of the University of Skövde, I look forward to getting to know a university with a good reputation and an exciting and broad business.”
