Card Office, back office Drottning Kristinas väg 48/Brinellvägen 8:

2026-06-15 – 2026-07-10 and 2026-07-27 – 2026-08-07 opening hours 08.00-11.30, 12.30-14.00. Closed for lunch 11.30-12.30.

The Card office location will be closed 2026-07-13 – 2026-07-24. Urgenttickets will be handled, all other tickets will be handled again from 2026-07-27.

The card office will change location during week 25 and move from Drottning Kristinas väg 48 to Brinellvägen 8.

All basic matters, like changing the pin code, retrieving a new card or replacing a broken card, are taken care of in KTH Entré.

Please note! Pin codes and access card numbers will not be provided by phone or email, due to security reasons.
