Nomination Committee begins preparations for the autumn elections to the Faculty Boards
Preparations for the autumn elections of new teacher representatives to the schools’ Faculty Boards have now begun. More information about the nomination process and the elections will be provided later, but this is already a good time to start considering suitable candidates.
The term of office of the current six teacher representatives on each school’s Faculty Board expires at the end of the year. New members will therefore be elected for the period 1 January 2027–31 December 2029.
The Nomination Committee has now commenced its work. The nomination period runs from 17 to 31 August, during which employees, students and other members of the KTH community may nominate candidates. All nominees must have been consulted and must have accepted their nomination.
Further information about the nomination process and the elections will be published on the KTH intranet and in the schools’ newsletters in August. Voting will be possible electronically from 23 October until 2 November 2026.
