Digital workplace meeting (APT)

To facilitate a return to work on campus and prepare the working groups for this, the HR Department/GVS has produced support material for managers and work groups to use. Managers have the opportunity to carry out the exercise together with the working group at a digital workplace meeting.

Purpose

To facilitate a return to work on campus, when the recommendations from the Swedish Public Health Agency, Infection Control Stockholm and the Government so allows, the HR Department/GVS have produced two different models for a workplace meeting. The purpose of, in the working group, talk about the topic of returning to work on campus is among other things to take advantage of good experiences and give everyone the opportunity to have their voice heard, as well as to create involvement in the return. An open discussion about how you feel and how you envisage a return to working on campus, has a positive effect on the work climate.

The exercises are based on the Collaboration Agreement's intentions with the workplace meeting. Read more about the Collaboration Agreement on the site Collaboration for development at KTH .

Support material in two versions

Workplace meeting before returning to work on campus is available in two different versions. Both versions are held digitally in Zoom. You choose one version to implement.

Digital workplace meeting in Zoom & Mentimeter

Performed using the digital systems Zoom and Mentimeter , requires no preparation for the participants. Takes approximately 45 minutes for a team with 10-15 people.

Digital workplace meeting in Zoom with one's own preparation

Performed in zoom, requires about 5 minutes of individual preparation for the participants. Takes approximately 1 hour to complete for a team with 10-15 people.

Feedback schedule

The schools collaborate in May and report to the central joint consultative group (CSG) no later than May 28. CSG will consider potential questions and proposals at the regular meeting on June 3. The school’s joint consultative group is responsible for notifying CSG if anything is to be raised there.

You can also conduct the digital workplace meeting outside of this schedule. The team’s results and questions are then handled outside the framework of the spring semester's plan for the central joint consultative group's (CSG) work.
