How do you feel about returning to work on campus?
Results week 15
After an analysis of the results, it was not possible to establish a significant difference between staff groups. Therefore, the results below are based on the answers from all respondents.
The average value of the grades on the overall question How do you feel about returning to work on campus? was 2.86 out of 4.
The two factors that stood out in a positive way after grading with the question How do you feel about the following? where:
- Changed group dynamics when we start meeting physically with an average rating of 3.23 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 51.62 %
- Transition from digital to also having physical meetings with an average rating of 3.08 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 57.22 %
The two factors that stood out in a negative way after grading with the question How do you feel about the following? where:
- The transition from working at home to being on campus again with an average rating of 2.71 out of 4 and a correlation of the answer to the overall question of 71.05 %
- Increased risk of infection when more people are on campus with an average rating of 1.94 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 39.26 %

The respondents were then asked to answer the question Do you work with teaching? The respondents who answered yes could also rate different forms of teaching based on the question How do you feel about the following? The average value of the grades was:
- On-campus teaching - 3.3 out of 4

Hybrid teaching (both on campus & digital) - 2.95 out of 4

Digital teaching - 2.73 out of 4



Lastly, the respondents were given the opportunity to choose one of the pre-selected alternatives to the question Has the long-term planning been affected during the pandemic? The percentage response distribution was:
- No, have been able to plan as usual - 34.4 %
- Partly - 32 %
- Yes, it has slipped behind - 25.4 %
- Not relevant for me - 8.1 %
