The two factors that stood out in a positive way after grading with the question What is your experience of the following? where:

Information from the immediate manager with an average rating of 3.06 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 46.36%
Communication with closest colleagues with an average grade of 3.14 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 38.43%

Workplace meetings and newsletters

The subsequent questions in the survey concerned workplace meetings and newsletters. The distribution of answers to the question Does your group have regular workplace meetings (APT)? was 85 % yes and 15 % no. The respondents who answered yes was also given the question What is your experience of the workplace meetings (APT)? The average of the grades was 3.05 out of 4.

The distribution of answers to the question Does your school send newsletters by e-mail? was 73 % yes, 17.8 % no and 9.2 % don't know. The respondents who answered yes was also given the question What is your experience of the newsletters? The average of the grades was 3.03 out of 4.
