When the results from the first main survey were analyzed, it was found that there was a difference in the answers between the groups Core Business and Support Function.

The Core Business

The average value of the grades on the overall question How do you experience your work environment? was 2.88 out of 4.

The two factors that stood out in a negative way after grading with the question What is your experience of the following? where:

Community & cohesion with an average rating of 2.58 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 52.28%
Stress level with an average rating of 2.38 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 50.9%

The Support Function

The average value of the grades on the overall question How do you experience your work environment? was 2.83 out of 4.

The factor that stood out in a positive way after grading with the question What is your experience of the following? where:

Present leadership & support with an average rating of 2.9 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 44.31%

The two factors that stood out in a negative way after grading with the question What is your experience of the following? where:

Information & clarity with an average rating of 2.73 out of 4 and a correlation of the answer to the overall question of 45.29%
Stress level with an average rating of 2.54 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 42.92%

In-depth surveys

Based on the results of the main survey, we sent out two in-depth surveys where the first concerned the area of community and cohesion and the second was about stress.

Community & cohesion

The results did not show a significant difference when looking at the different groups, therefore the result below applies to all participants.

The average value of the grades on the overall question How do you experience the community & the cohesion at work? was 2.86 out of 4.

The three factors that stood out in a positive way after grading with the question What is your experience of the following? where:

Social atmosphere with an average rating of 2.98 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 68.49%
Openness in the group with an average rating of 3.01 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 61.84%
Cooperation with an average rating of 2.98 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 58.71%

The factor that stood out in a negative way after grading with the question What is your experience of the following? where:

Conditions for participation with an average grade of 2.85 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 59.75%

Stress level

The factors were divided into two sections before being sent out to the participants. The first section contained factors that are considered closely related to perceived stress level and the second section contained factors that are considered to be slightly further away from the perceived stress level. In the first section, there was a difference between the groups Core business and Support function, but not in the second section.

The core business

The average of the grades on the overall question How do you experience the stress level? was 2.47 out of 4.

The two factors that are closely related to perceived stress level, which stood out in a positive way after grading with the question What is your experience of the following? where:

Clear planning & prioritization of tasks with an average rating of 2.56 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 54.82%
Autonomy & requirements at work in the work with an average grade of 2.78 out of 4 and a correlation with the answer to the overall question of 53.71%
