Alarm instruction in the event of a special incident involving a danger to life, property or the environment

Raising the alarm with the community’s resources in the urgent phase is necessary when a special incident occurs, so always prioritise the national emergency number 112 and then inform KTH.

Alert 112, the national emergency number

In the event of a special incident that poses a danger to life, property or the environment, and when you need the police, ambulance or fire service.

  • Where did it happen?
  • Which phone number are you calling from?

Until help is on its way, if possible take measures to limit and/or prevent injury/damage, without exposing yourself or others to risks.

Meet the emergency services and the police, guide them to the site of the incident.
