You can see how many days you have earned this year bo logging in to the self-reporting system under ”My pages”.

Depending on what holiday method you have, different rules apply. You can see what method you have in your employment contract and in the self-reporting system under ”My pages” – ”My vacation”.

If you have the form method:

If you are entitled to more than 20 paid holidays during one year, you can save excess days to a later year.
This applies provided that at least 20 holidays will be placed during the year.

Requests to save holidays must be submitted by 15 May via the self-reporting system.

Since 2018-01-01 you can have a maximum of 30 days saved. If you have more saved days in the system, you must withdraw in excess of days before 2022-12-31. Saved holidays cannot be used until the current year´s holiday are spent.

If you have the pattern method or if you are financed by a scholarship:

You cannot save holidays in the self-reporting system and you should not report your planned days in the self-reporting system. You are expected to take your holidays according to agreement with you immediate supervisor.
