Easier to report damage with signs

Published Jan 27, 2020

All CBH employees can now report incidents, risks and work injuries via a web form. In addition, signs with a QR code will be placed around the CBH campuses, making it quick and easy to report with your smart phone if an accident should occur.

Signs with QR code will make damage reports easier.

The initiator of the project is the head of the school together with the HR unit, as part of an ongoing undertaking focusing on work environment issues and making these more visible throughout the school.

One of those responsible for the implementation is Sandra Nylén, project manager from HR.

“My hope with the project is that more people will know how to report and that it will be easier. I hope that the process will be easier to understand for everyone involved and that we can work preemptively to a greater extent,” she says.

A project for everyone

The project is aimed towards everyone who works and frequents the CBH School's premises, everyone from employees to students and guests.

According to Sandra Nylén, it is good if as many incidents as possible are reported, to reduce the number of work-related accidents in the future.

"It is important that you report in order for us to be able to prevent and avoid injuries and accidents in our operations," she says.

The signs will be placed on all campuses except for SciLifeLab, as these premises are shared with several other universities.
