More new students at CBH than expected

Published Aug 27, 2020

The number of admitted students who started their education in one of the CBH School's programs increased this year compared with last year. The figures may change somewhat before September 15, but overall it is a positive development for the school.

“Before the summer, there was great uncertainty about how many new admissions would come to our education programmes this autumn. The proportion and number of students who have started their studies in our programs is higher than in previous years, within all student groups. A number of international students have or have had problems with travel due to restrictions. On the whole, we still see an increase for master's students as well. Overseas exchange students are the only group where we see a decrease,” says Per Dalhammar, Education Administration Manager at CBH.

In total, this is an increase across the board, where the new foundation year programme naturally has a major impact, with its currently 234 new students. Below is a comparison with September 15 last year. The foundation year figure may be revised down slightly. The other figures will probably not change much in the coming weeks.
