Which of all of KTH’s Master’s programmes should one choose as a student? At the Master’s fair, our students got the opportunity to meet CBH’s many different programmes.

Master's programmes from all of KTH participated at the fair, i.a. CBH's Technology, Work and Health up in the right corner.

On November 4, once again the Master’s fair was arranged in the Education building. The event is an opportunity for all interested to familiarise themselves with KTH’s Master’s programmes. The fair is directed mainly towards Master of Engineering students who shall choose a Master’s orientation after year 3.

Eight of nine Master’s programmes from the CBH school participated. Each programme had a table where programme directors and the education office did a good job in answering questions about everything from the content of the programmes, sustainability goals and career opportunities after graduation. In addition, the programme directors held seminars about the respective programmes for those visitors who were extra curious.

Jonas Willén, programme director of SportsTechnology, explains the content of CBH's newest Master's programme.

The fair was scheduled for the Master of engineering students and the flow of visitors was larger than during the past years. In particular, this showed on the entrance floor, where the chemistry and bio programmes had a good location. Another education programme which had a lot of activity at its table was CBH’s newest Master’s programme – Sports technology.

The programme welcomed its first students in August and is a collaboration between KTH and The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences (GIH). The students of Sports technology get to learn to understand and develop new technology that can be used within measuring of sports performances as well as within health and healthcare. This is a new possible orientation for the school’s students in Medical engineering. Probably, both Sports technology and the other participating programmes have caught the attention of more students in view of next year’s admission period.
