We are Service at CBH Service and teachers support!
Moa Nilsson and Perina Höbinger are working as service and event coordinators at CBH Service and teachers support. They answer the emails that you send to service@cbh.kth.se.
”We also have five colleagues at our unit who work with teachers’ support and student support,” says Moa Nilsson.
With what can you help us?
“We help employees at CBH with things like access cards, catering, events, public defence of a doctoral thesis, purchase, travel, room or venue booking, and general guidance.”
How long time will it take to get an answer?
”Our biggest challenge at the moment is that we are only two people at Service. This means that it sometimes can take a little longer to get an answer, but we do our very best to get back to you within 24 hours. We might not be able to solve your problem within that time limit, but we will do our best to help you as fast as we can. If you ask for our help well in advance, it’s more likely that we can succeed to help you in time.”
How can we get in contact with you and what email address should we use?
“CBH Service and teachers support have three email addresses. We understand that it can be difficult to know which address to use, so here’s a guide:
- service@cbh.kth.se Use this email address if you need help with access cards, catering, events, uppvaktning, defence of a doctoral thesis, purchase, travel, room and venue booking, and general guidance. It’s also good to know that you can use the email address service@cbh.kth.se to get in touch with infrastructure.
- teachersupport@cbh.kth.se Use this email address if you’re a teacher and need help with for example room and venue booking, exams, Canvas, grade raising, reporting results, DiVA, and preliminary schedule. These matters are handled by Joanna Selington, Therese Röstlund, Nathalie Kvamme, Laila Nauman and Johanna Nyholm.

We also have our student desk offices at Campus Flemingsberg, Campus Valhallavägen and Campus AlbaNova. And we’re always back-office during office hours, so don’t hesitate to come by if you have a question. We do appreciate the personal meeting,” says Moa Nilsson.
