CBH is looking for a programme manager for the Technical Foundation Year, Flemingsberg

The start date is 1 April 2026. The position of programme manager is decided for four years at a time.

Job description

A PA's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Development: Continuous programme development work based on degree and programme objectives, participating in meetings with the head of undergraduate education, other PAs, programme administrators, study counsellors, teachers and student representatives, participating in the school's undergraduate education meetings, preparing for and participating in internal and external programme evaluations, etc.

• Implementation: Welcoming new students, participating in the reference group for KTH's foundation year and maintaining ongoing contact with course coordinators within the programme, updating the education plan (once a year), crediting courses (continuously), collaborate with other PAs when students change programmes, provide information to and hold meetings with programme students, schedule courses, write various certificates and reference letters, etc.

• Recruitment: Update information on the programme's website and in printed material, etc.
