- A second cup is no longer automatically included in the supply of coffee / tea, but the customer must specify it separately if desired.
- Napkins, mugs, spoons, cutlery etc are also not included automatically, but it is the customer's responsibility to notify if needed.

Peripherals agreement and system cameras
When it comes to system cameras on the agreement, it should be borne in mind that it applies only to "simpler system cameras". The buyer may start from the main product, the camera, and then add the accessories to order.
The limit for what is considered "simpler system camera" is the current purchase price up to SEK 15,000. exl accessories "
For system cameras over SEK 15,000, direct procurement applies according to the school's procedural rules.
Concerning E-commerce and WISUM during Christmas and New Year
KTH is closed the following days: December 23, December 27, December 30, and KTH E-commerce is not manned on these days.
Orders placed within the "outflows" (see Wisum for the entire list) where orders go directly to the supplier always work, but no free text lines or purchases for higher values than those set in "autoflow" are handled during this time.
In WISUM, KTH E-commerce will take on an extra final step at the "chechout", for clients/buyers to approve during the period December 19 through Friday, January 3:
"I am responsible for ensuring that there are staff at the specified delivery address who can receive delivery during the period Monday, December 23, 2019 through Tuesday, January 7, 2020"
If the buyer approves, the order will be sent to the supplier and delivery. This will not be done otherwise.
