Slightly limited service 13-14 February

On 13-14 February, lunch to lunch, all professional support is at a conference. During this time, support may take slightly longer than usual.

Our service centers have backup staffing, which means that the opening hours are as usual but with limited service levels when ordinary staff are at the conference. Backup staff will be able to provide support over the reception desk, answer the phone and receive packages. Regular staff will return on Monday, 17 February, to follow up on received questions.

Questions received through the professional support's e-mail addresses are handled on an ongoing basis, but possibly with longer response times.

Thursday 13 February: 8:00–16:00 - Backup present from 11:00
Friday 14 February: 8:00–14:00 - Backup present all day
