Professional Support during summer
How to get support during June, July and August.
During the summer the Professional Support is on site, but to a limited extent. Opening hours in service centers differ and the response times may be slightly longer.
E-mail the Professional Support
All units can be accessed as usual via the e-mail addresses (funktionsadresser).
Service Center opening hours (Borggården, Electrum and Q) From 24 June to 9 August our Service Center receptions have summer opening hours. Staff is working “back office” during normal office hours and can be reached via email@example.com all summer.
Mail delivery and fruit
· Mail is delivered daily at both KTH campus and Campus Kista.
· Staff will be around to receive deliveries through a special delivery phone number that will be posted on the entrance doors.
· Fruit and milk deliveries will be paused from 24 June to 5 August.
Basic services such as access requests, deliveries and simple catering orders will be available all summer (please note that restaurants and catering suppliers may be closed). Insofar as right staff is working you will get support with other requests, though service times may be longer than usual.
The recruitment system closed
Between July 18 and August 4, our recruitment system, Varbi, is closed for new advertisements or prolongations of ongoing recruitments. All other functions work as usual.
Purchase stops for IT equipment in July
The last day to order is Friday 21 June and the first date to start ordering again is Monday 29 July. It is still possible to send orders, but it will not be handled until staff is back in service.
Entrances during the summer
The safety group wishes to remind that external entrances on the KTH campus are locked during the period 17 June - 4 August. Local deviations may occur. For questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
