Professional support staffing during Christmas

During the Christmas holidays 23 December (which is half day) to 7 January, the professional support (EECS Support & Service) and KTH will have limited staffing and opening hours.

Service center/infrastructure and service unit

Week 52 (21-23 December)

Service Center is open according to the adjusted COVID-19 opening hours:

Borggården and Electrum - Monday and Wednesday 10:00 – 12:00.

Can be reached via service@eecs.kth.se  and 4000.

Week 53 (28-30 December)

Service Center Borggården and Electrum open: Monday and Wednesday 10:00 – 12:00.

Can be reached via service@eecs.kth.se  and 4000.

Staff will be on site at the main campus and Electrum but with limited service and slightly longer response times. Fruit and milk deliveries will be pasued until Monday 11 January. 

Week 1 (4-8 January)

Service Center Borggården and Electrum open: Monday 10:00 – 12:00.

Can be reached via service@eecs.kth.se and 4000.

Staff will be on site at the main campus and Electrum but with limited service and slightly longer response times. Fruit and milk deliveries will be pasued until Monday 11 January. 

Week 2 (11-15 January)

Service Center is open according to the adjusted COVID-19 opening hours:

Borggården and Electrum - Monday and Wednesday 10:00 – 12:00.

Can be reached via service@eecs.kth.se and 4000.

Other units (EECS)

The other administrative units can be reached via its e-mail address  but might have longer response times. The newsletter pEECS  and the EECS Support & Service Zoom-drop-in  takes a break between 17 December and 14 January.

Information from the units:

  • Finance, other questions (not invoice) is open until 23 December (half day) and from 2 January: ekonomi@eecs.kth.se 

Personal ledger (reskontra) and invoice support may be reached through invoice@eecs.kth.se  and is open: 

  • 21-22 December: 09:00-15:00
  • 23 December: 09:00-12:00
  • 28-30 December: 09:00-15:00

Remember to add a replacement if you can not handle your invoices during the coming holidays. If you don't have a replacement, contact invoice@eecs.kth.se. The last day for approval (ekonomisk attest) is 5 January 2021 at 12.00.

The educational administration is open as normal and is reached through:

RSO is closed from 21 December and is back in the beginning of January, and can not help with agreements during this time. Manage your agreements before the long Christmas holidays
