The presentation will give an overview of the Scania company and the vehicles that we produce. Then looking into the basic design of a typical vehicle with focus on the electric propulsion system. After that diving in on the specific design of the electric machines (and a little on the inverters). What are the design aspects, requirements and limitations of an electric machine in an heavy vehicle?
