🎓 About the Speaker:
Prof. Frede Blaabjerg is a Professor in Power Electronics at Aalborg University, Denmark, and a globally recognized expert in power electronics and its applications in energy systems.
His research focuses on renewable energy applications, converter reliability, and advanced control of power electronic systems. He has published over 800 journal papers and received numerous prestigious awards, including the IEEE Edison Medal and the Global Energy Prize.
He has also played a leading role in the IEEE community, serving as President of the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS), and is consistently ranked among the most highly cited researchers in engineering.
