Free parking with a parking permit decal

From 1 September, Akademiska Hus will start charging visitors for parking on our campuses. As an employee, you can continue to park free of charge with a parking decal, that is picked up in any Service Center.
For employees, the following applies:
Campus
- If you have a green parking decal for 2020, you can continue to park for free until further notice (the decal can be picked up in any Service Center if you do not have one). However, you are not guaranteed a parking space on the campus area. Exceptions are Drottning Kristina's väg on campus, which is owned by the city, where regular parking rules apply and not the parking decal.
- If you have purchased an annual or a monthly card for parking from Akademiska hus, these cannot be replaced by the employer without benefit taxation.
Electrum
- There are 11 free parking spaces on Isafjordsgatan 18A, spaces 101-111, where you until further notice can park for free with a green parking decal for 2020 (the decal can be picked up in any Service Center if you do not have one). However, you are not guaranteed a parking space.
- Additional parking spaces are available for employees who have signed a rental agreement for a parking space with Akademiska hus with payment via salary deduction. Those parking spaces can only be used by employees who have a rental agreement for a parking space as these are paid for by the employee who is on the agreement. The lease for these parking spaces runs until 31 December 2023 and cannot be reimbursed by the employer without benefit taxation.
