Health, Medicine and Technology (HMT)

The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Region Stockholm are issuing a joint call for applications to develop operations where health, medicine and technology (HMT) intersect.

Health, Medicine and Technology (HMT) 2027

The application period for HMT 2027 begins on April 14, 2026, and the final application date is June 10, 2026, at 16.00.

The project funding amounts to a total of SEK 15 million from 2027 to 2029. Project funding is granted for no more than three years with up to SEK one million per project and year. The maximum amount per application is SEK 1 million per year, the minimum amount per application is SEK 500,000 per year. The call for applications comprises funds for new projects, as well as for continued projects.
