1. Create personal account
All Prisma users (researchers, fellow applicants, persons responsible for signing and administrators) must create a personal account in Prisma.
- Create an ORCID iD (if you do not already have one). Not necessary for administrative personnel.
- Create personal account in Prisma.
- Create personal account with SWAMID.
- Complete the form.
- Click on the activation link in the activation e-mail.
- Your personal account is now activated and you can log in to Prisma (choose "Login with SWAMID" to use your @kth.se login credentials).
Information from the Prisma organisation:
The idea is that you should only have one personal account in Prisma where you store all your information. You can only have one e-mail address connected to your personal account. If you are invited to an application, it is important that the invitation is sent to the e-mailadress you have registered to your Prisma account.
1. Create an ORCID iD
Before you create your personal account in Prisma it is recommended that you create an ORCID iD, unless you already have one. KTH is since 2014 members of ORCID and has also created an ORCID application for creating an ORCID iD and connecting it to KTH. 2. Create personal account
You create a personal account at the top right corner of the Prisma website by clicking on the button Create personal account.This button is also available below the large image.
When you create a personal account in Prisma you can choose between:
- Create personal account.
- Create personal account with SWAMID (recommended).
2.1 Create personal account with SWAMID
Creating a personal account with SWAMID enables you to use your @kth.se login to access Prisma. If you choose to create a personal account with SWAMID you will get a Prisma login and password as well.
Click on Create personal account with SWAMID.
Choose KTH as identity provider.
Login using your @kth.se credentials.
2.2. Complete the form
Complete the registration form. If you have choosen to create a personal account with SWAMID some information will be pre-filled. Please note the format for the ORCID iD. An ORCID iD is not a requirement for administrative personnel.
E-mail address is the unique identifier in Prisma (not username) and you can only connect one e-mail address to your personal account. Thus it is important that invitations are sent to your registered e-mail address and not your username, if different.
3. Click on the activation link in the activation e-mail from Prisma
After you have completed the form you will receive an activation e-mail from Prisma ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) with the subject Account created. You must click on the activation link to be able to access your account.
4. Personal account completed
After you have activated your account you can log in to Prisma using either SWAMID or your Prisma login credentials.
