KTH uses Code42 to back up the computers in the client platform.
Most things can be performed by the user himself on the computer. Here you will find other support.

Self-service

Code42 is designed to facilitate self-service. You can manage your backups, restore files and adjust settings using the web interface or Code42 client on your computer.
