Problem with email accounts on iPhone as well as iPad

Some of the iPhones / iPads that use KTH's Apple service DEP (Device Enrollment Program) have lost connection to KTH mail account.

Workaround

To get started again, you have to manually add the connection to KTH e-mail on your mobile device.
